Rules Updated on January 1, 2008
1. The site can’t be a splog, meaning that it has either auto-generated or scraped content.
2. The site must have meaningful, quality, original content. Please don’t submit junk sites for a review.
3. The site can’t be a ‘bad neighborhood’ site.
4. The site can’t be completely brand new or inactive. Only submit sites that are fully operational and have at least 10 pages of meaningful content.
5. The site must have predominately public content.
