MacBook Air - It Slices, It Dices
And I suppose the MacBook Air can also cut through a tin can and make Julienne Fries. Apparently some MacBook Air owners are complaining that the bottom edge of the beloved and chic Apple laptop can cut through skin and other materials. Just the whole scenario reminds me of the cheesy Ginsu knife commercials, “In Cupertino, the laptop can cut like a knife!”
Of course, the MacBook Air would make for an expensive set of cutlery…

Safe Product Design
Creating an innovative design like the MacBook Air requires both an excellent sense of aesthetics and engineering. It can be hard to also maintain a beautiful and functional design while making everything so padded and safe that somebody can’t possibly do anything stupid with it.
You never know though. Some people are so litigious these days that they’ll sue over the least little thing, hoping for a big payday. Personal injury attorneys capitalize on this trend by taking companies to court and hoping they’ll avoid a long and costly lawsuit by settling out of court. Lawyers like this are a drain on the system although it is important to have proper legal safeguards against unsafe products.
So, do you think the MacBook Air is dangerous? I don’t. I think it’s one of the best laptops out there if you want something light and thin. Do you think all this is just somebody trying to stir stuff up against Apple, like maybe that PC guy?
I don’t think it’s dangerous…. heck, it can’t even read CDs or DVDs!
Macbook Air deservedly holds the crown as the next best thing to a bread knife in the world of laptops. Understandably, people are reluctant to use it as a cutting tool on a regular basis by the high cost of the “knife”, and the fear of damaging the blade. How about Macbook Air being classed as a weapon and not allowed on airplanes anymore?
