Call of Duty 4 Hints for Safehouse and TV Station
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, the new and popular first-person shooter video game, is rather tough to play. One of the keys to successful game play is to get your non-player buddies to join in on the action and to work your way through the scenarios so you don’t get blown away quickly. Here’s a video, courtesy of Hulu and G4TV, that gives some good hints to negotiate the Safe House and TV Station levels.
The big trick, as you can see from the video, is getting the non-player characters into a supporting position. In spite of the great dynamic lighting effects and depth of field, the AI engine still does dumb things way too often. It seems like they do stupid stuff just to annoy you sometimes, doesn’t it?

Yeah that is true. AI can be very stupid sometimes. But I think that games like COD4: Modern Warfare are more suitable for online play than single players campaign.

That is true. My only problem is that my work schedule and so forth usually prevents working out a time to do multiplayer so I have to deal with the dumb-as-a-brick AI engine most of the time.

I’m still futzing around with it. I just don’t have the time to really do a lot of gaming these days unfortunately.
