A little while ago I published this article, Can You Answer These 10 Tough Job Interview Questions?, as a guide to tough questions you might get asked by a potential employer or might want to ask a prospective employee. Well, I’m back with 10 more toughies.

Remember, if you think about how to answer these questions ahead of time it can give you an advantage in interviews. If you’re asking, you can use them to tell how prepared the interviewee is.

1. What are you looking for in a job?

2. Is the job or the money more important to you?

3. Which courses in college to you enjoy the most?

4. Why are you interested in working for our company?

5. What is the most important reason why we should hire you?

6. What kind of salary are you worth?

7. Describe the most stressful day at your previous/current job.

8. Is your career where you thought it would be 5 years ago?

9. What college class, outside of those in your major, did you find most interesting?

10. Do you have any concerns about working for our company?
