		<description>I like your monkey, and I like the story that lies behind it. It reminded me of how much I enjoy working for myself, and how much I disliked working in a corporate environment. 

A manager who would actually say such a horrid thing to an employee is a manager who has been promoted way beyond their capabilities.</description>
