Unfortunately, there isn't a good way I know of to tell if a video has been pulled or that has had embedded disabled. YouTube does maintain the link for pulled videos so you can't tell this by using the various link checking that are available for WordPress blogs.</description>

		<description>I got a message that this video is no longer available. That makes me realize that if somebody is making hosted video an integral part of a website, the webmaster would have to continually check for dead links. I wonder if there is a plug-in that would alert the webmaster about the situation so the post could be edited to include a substitute video?</description>
