I have a particularly hard time with the very first one, dividing a large project into manageable chunks. I find myself just ploughing ahead with the stuff that is top of my list, but if I could spend 10 minutes or so prioritizing and splitting up everything I have to do into small pieces, I have no doubt I'd get more done. These are all excellent ideas, and I wish I was able to do more of them. I have a particularly hard time with the very first one, dividing a large project into manageable chunks.
